Overview Of The Job

At P&G, you will do meaningful work from Day 1. Our supply chain & logistics team is central to delivering business needs. From increasing customer expectations and new technologies to emerging competitors, channels and growing uncertainty in the world, the entire supply chain system is transforming at an unprecedented pace and you’ll certainly be in the thick of things.

This role will report to the Senior Product Supply Manager based in Sydney, NSW.

Responsibilities Of The Role

  • Lead supply chain relationships with customers, building experience in managing the customer supply chains
  • Deliver joint value creation plans to ensure deliverables and become the preferred supplier within the market
  • Eliminate losses in the end-to-end supply chain, reducing time to the final consumer and maximising the availability of P&G products on the shelf
  • Lead, plan and execute processes or projects that will reduce costs, improve service and decrease the time from the supply chain
  • We will help you build your capabilities through on-the-job experience, mentoring and training.

Qualifications

  • Australian citizen or permanent resident, including New Zealand citizens.
  • University graduate, preferably with an Engineering, Supply Chain or Business background
  • 1 - 3 years in the supply chain, logistics or product supply
  • Strong computer and advanced excel skills; basic programming skills are advantageous
  • Possess an analytical mind, can think strategically and cultivate innovation in all you do
  • Gained strong experience leading others at work, in sporting teams, student societies or clubs etc.
  • Are passionate about the world around you and giving to your community
  • Are a collaborative team player with a passion for winning!
