Overview

As a Finance Graduate, you will be given responsibility for the business, financial analysis and internal control from Day 1. You will have the chance to develop an extensive set of skills through a variety of meaningful assignments at a local, regional or global level. Working in a multi-functional team environment, you are the 'Chief Financial Officer for your area of responsibility, bringing both financial expertise and business leadership to ensure excellent decision making, the maximization of long-term profits, cash flows and shareholder value as well as the delivery of sustainable financial results.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our team to provide meaningful financial insights that will impact our sales and growth
  • Utilize your strong financial and communication skills to deliver reports and presentations to key stakeholders
  • Lead projects to maximise long-term profits, cash flow, and total shareholder return Deliver long-term foresight to optimize financials for the business
  • Provide assessment & business model development for new initiatives to ensure a successful launch

Your Team

This role reports to P&G’s ANZ Finance Director, working closely with the F&A team, as well as supporting employees from multidisciplinary functions.

Finance graduate roles are available in Sydney.

Qualifications

  • Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or NZ Residents
  • Recent graduate student preferably studying a quantitative degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering etc.
  • Have a minimum 70 Weighted Average Mark (WAM)
  • Strong leadership experience, i.e. leadership positions in clubs, teams, societies etc.
  • Well-rounded life experience i.e. involved in & contributes to the community
  • A collaborative team player with a real passion for winning
  • Possess an analytical mind, who can think strategically and foster innovation in all areas of their work
