P&G's Brand Management program transcends traditional marketing – it equips you with the skills of a total business owner.

The program offers full-time positions starting in February 2025.

Brand Graduates will work collaboratively across various functions to gain insights into consumers, shoppers, and customers.  They'll then translate these insights into effective marketing tactics that propel brand growth and profitability.  The role offers the chance to contribute to creating exceptional brand experiences that impact nearly 5 billion consumers daily.  Success in this program hinges on a strong passion for consumer understanding and the ability to translate insights into creative solutions that secure market leadership.

This role reports to P&G’s ANZ Brand Director. Successful candidates need to work together with teams in Singapore and the wider APAC region. Brand graduate roles are available in Sydney.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the brand’s strategic choices and concepts to identify tactics to build on consumer, shopper and consumer insights
  • Lead a mix of marketing and brand management projects
  • Drive insights from data to enable brand growth
  • Lead the masterplan behind our product and commercial innovations as well as the marketing elements across all media

About you

Job Qualifications:

  • Currently completing the final year of a Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate with a major in Marketing, Arts or Media
  • Passion for brand management and marketing, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Have a minimum credit average across your University results
  • Strong leadership experience, i.e. leadership positions in clubs, teams, societies etc.
  • Well-rounded life experience i.e., being involved in & contributing to the community
  • A collaborative team player with a real passion for winning
  • Possess an analytical mind, who can think strategically and foster innovation in all areas of their work
  • An Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or NZ Resident
