A lot of formal training

P&g offers a range of mentorship services with more senior individuals within and outside of your team. they also ensure you have weekly one on one sessions with your manager and other team leaders, ensuring you continue to learn and develop skills. a range of workshops and seminars are held for the company so employees can get together, share skills and learn.

I would definitely like more training development classes

Cbd college one is the only training i have received so far.

University level training programs

Sales training . communication skills, persuasive skills and organising skills.

Our graduate program is basically a big training program to prepare us for future roles. it is a great way to develop sales and people skills for future account management.

I have an ongoing training program which helps me to enhance my selling skills and communication skills with customers. this is very useful for my role.

There is an enormous amount of training on offer such as sales mastery, habitualisation for success, financial mathematics, analytical courses, time management the list goes on.

Recently implemented structure has increased training days which is awesome. i have picked up numeripus skills in formal training days which has helped me in my sales roles. informal traning on the job has improved my knowledge of how the business runs internally and how to manage my accounts effectively and efficiently

Graduates currently go through the sales mastery program which consists of a series of manuals, tests and in person reviews. i have picked up on skills of how to communicate with different types of people, deal with objection/rejection and how to guide conversation to the outcome desired.
