P&g values a work-life balance and flexibility. if you wish to start late or leave early due to personal preferences/commitments, you are free to do so. p&g values the outcome of your work, not the hours you spent on it. you are free to set your own personal boundaries on after hours/weekend work, and are invited to attend workshops that help teach you how to separate your work and personal lives.

It depends on the week, however you will generally be able to work 9-5 no issue. if you have a peak cycle you may need to stay back however it is an expectation that you manage your own time to meet your responsibilities.
