What does it mean to be a PwC Graduate?
When joining us as a Graduate, you'll launch your career by solving important problems - for our clients, our business and our communities. You'll use your degree in ways you never expected.
If you’re in your final year of study or have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, being a PwC Graduate offers you a full-time placement. Accelerate your career by tackling challenges with some of the largest organisations within Australia and thriving within your business area through continuous growth and learning opportunities.
Your Future Team
In the Customer Tech Platforms - Microsoft team, you’ll find yourself in a culture that values curiosity, collaboration and critical thinking. Alongside your peers, you’ll create solutions for problems such as managing multiple communication channels, fragmented customer data, and limited capabilities. Additionally, unpredictable external events can disrupt operations and affect customer engagement. The increasing volume and complexity of data, coupled with the need to leverage AI for actionable insights, further complicate these challenges. These issues make it difficult for organisations to stay competitive and meet rising customer expectations. You'll use problem-solving, integrity and a growth mindset to make an impact across a range of industries including Financial Services, Private Equity, Energy, Utilities and Resources, Professional Services and Retail and Consumer. Along the way, you’ll build relationships and skills to set you up for a lifetime of success.
What will a normal day look like?
As a graduate of Customer Tech Platforms - Microsoft, you’ll need a degree in Technology, Engineering, Commerce or similar. You’ll also need to be either an AU citizen, NZ citizen, AU Permanent Resident or an International student with a work rights visa.
The anticipated start date is February 24th, 2025.

The people here are all genuine and open... I enjoy working in a high-performing environment where I feel that my skills are developing every day.
The support and growth opportunities from the team of individuals with different experiences.
From the day I started, I felt incredibly welcomed and supportive. No matter how high up in the company someone was they still would give me the time to help me with any questions I had. My team made work fun and enjoyable.
The office itself is great, especially the access to the cafe where free warm drinks are available before 12. The company has a flexible 'dress for your day' dress code, so people can often come in relaxing clothing, although many still prefer business wear
Our managers are highly accessible and make excellent mentors.
The working hours can be quite demanding
I think everyone, not just PwC, would like to be paid more for what they do and when compared with other graduate roles we are paid to a similar standard.
Time in grade is the main driver for promotion.
The pressure at times to meet deadlines that may not necessarily be that realistic and the billable hour demands.
There should be more formal training programs for technical skills here.
