There are two specified team days and I usually come into work on team days plus an additional day every week.
I enjoy coming into office but my manager is very flexible with my working arrangements should I want to work from home more.

The company is very flexible with my work hours, I work 40 hours per week but my manager is very flexible if I need time off or need to start later or earlier.

Currently there is no flexibility as you need to be in branch, you can't do branch work from home. However the managers are very understanding and are willing to accommodate you if you need some time off.

I work from 8-4:30 and the commute is not long at all. This allows me to have a great work/life balance.

My branch manager let me choose my own hours.

I work 7:30am-4pm, i got to choose these hours at the start as they suit me the best, and i am able to change them if needed.

My current manager is pretty flexible with hours, often letting me finish early if he knows I have something on later that day or allowing me to start earlier in order to finish earlier some days.
