Youโ€™ll work with internal stakeholders to deliver on a range of Talent Acquisition activities in areas including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, inductions record management and much more. Key Role Responsibilities include:  

  • Support Talent Acquisition - recruitment, onboarding, induction program and record management of new joiners
  • Assist with coordinating candidates and ensuing all documentation is completed in timely manner
  • Be proactive in following up with candidates and hiring managers know where they are at in the recruitment process in relation to onboarding
  • Maintain People and Culture data bases and systems up to date (checking data integrity) and provide data to payroll in timely manner for new joiners. Many require reporting from systems from time to time
  • Review and provide guidance on how to improve recruitment and onboarding processes with support from People and Culture team
  • Be the go-to person for recruitment, onboarding and induction support and adapting your day to fit with different schedules
  • Proactively responding to requests and questions from candidate and stakeholders in relation to recruitment and onboarding/.

Who you are

  • Have completed or completing a bachelors degree or higher with a major in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
  • Wanting to commence career in Human Resources and looking to start in Talent Acquisition
  • Youโ€™ll be a natural problem solver, with the ability diagnose and find solutions
  • Ability to be proactive, accountable for actions and resilient in achieving outcomes
  • You have expertise across full suite of Microsoft and experience working on multiple online systems
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and having a clear sense of urgency
  • The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • You're highly organized with excellent time management and stakeholder management skills
