We are looking for a HR Graduate to join our People & Culture team at Russell Kennedy Lawyers on a full time basis.
The key focus of this role is to provide support to our People & Culture team.
This is the perfect opportunity for an individual who has recently graduated from a degree in Human Resources or a related degree and is looking to grow their technical knowledge and capability within a supportive network.
This role will support the People and culture team by:
- Providing administrative support and co-ordination of various activities and projects for the People & Culture Team
- Providing Learning & Development support
- Scheduling and facilitating firm wide Inductions
- Preparing People & Culture communications
- Coordinating Staff Recognition Awards, and staff events
- Providing recruitment support and assisting with training coordination
We are looking for:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
- Ability to communicate ideas and concepts clearly
- Strong ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Some exposure to internal recruitment would be an advantage but not a requirement
- Exposure to and having a working knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems is desirable but not a requirement
- Proficiency in MS Office (to intermediate level as a minimum) including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint is mandatory
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in all HR matters
- Attention to detail; and
- A GREAT ATTITUDE!
