I would not say it is the best out there, but it is not the worse either. I always believe that the first pay will be your lowest pay as you are someone with little to no experience. Thus, I would see it as what are the potential earnings at the company.

Pay is within scope for graduates, bonuses available based on individual and factory performance

Pay as a graduate is pretty good. Generally, Schneider Electric tries to meet the median pay range for graduates.

The base salary is good however, the bonus system seems flawed and unfair. Graduates are given bonuses based on perfomance and are rated in a three-point scale which leads to different bonuses. However, different managers in different business will rate people differently meaning it is often not fair as there are different standards. Additionally, it seems only a set number of graduates can get the top bonuses, regardless of performance and merit.

Compared to other similar companies, the pay is lower.

Competitive grad salary

The pay is above industry average, and raises after each rotation. The bonuses based on performance reviews are also a good perk. No complaints regarding pay, especially considering it is my first coporate role.

Pay is typical of similar-level jobs.
Performance-based bonus and salary increase provide incentive and means to earn more.
internal rewards program is very strong and well supported

The pay for a graduate position has been really good from what I've seen across the workforce. We also receive pay increases after every graduate rotation, which is dependent on your performance review.
Graduate, Melbourne - 28 Aug 2024
Somewhat satisfied. Performance rating systems feels inconsistent and manager dependent. There are different expectations.
I have been told we are a low-mid tier paying company. But from a graduate perspective, it is more than other programs.

I don't mind being paid a bit higher regarding the inflation rate.
Graduate, Sydney - 23 Aug 2024
I believe the pay is fair for a graduate role. Bonuses are done based on your own performance reviews and the companies performance as a whole, encouraging you to do your best to push that bonus up.

Pay is good for graduate/ post university role.
Bonuses seem motivating too.
As I am in a more specialised role (leading campaigns) it may seem a bit challenging to understand my salary compared to other graduate roles.

Good pay, as I am just a graduate, I can expect pay rise in the near future

After each rotation, depending on whether you achieved your set goals at the start of the rotation, a bonus will be added to your salary when you start the next rotation.

Decent. There is a promise of increasing base salaries but once you roll off the program it doesn't matter as it is likely for you to receive a standard contract for that position, which will be a set amount above what you already earn that doesn't take into consideration your previous pay increases.

There could be more.
