Pros and cons of working at Service Stream

Pros

  • People are friendly and helpful.

  • Service Stream provides learning opportunities with practical experience, flexible work arrangements, guidance from experienced mentors, and a well-organized development program.

  • Service Stream is very dedicated to my development and no two days are the same.

  • The hours are great, I am able to work from home and attend to any personal appointments I need to go to.

  • Truly everyone is welcome and supported as well as given equal importance.

Cons

    • Most of my team members reside in other states. So, sometimes as a junior, I find it harder to get training and guidance.

    • Construction site work requires long commuting time.

    • I still haven't got promoted. I am still waiting to work on my own projects.

    • Not located in CBD Sydney, which is an issue for commuters on the North Shore.

    • Pay for a graduate with over 1 year is average and no bonuses, especially for a graduate who does drive-in drive-out and away from home type of work.
