Those experiences include the coaching and support of a dedicated Sponsor, tailored learning events on topics such as innovation and commercial acumen, connecting with Graduates from around the country and much more.  
        
      The opportunity: 

      This Graduate role will work with Stockland’s Innovation team who are responsible for developing and delivering key initiatives - new products, services & ventures – that drive growth across all of Stockland’s business units, and of programs that build Stockland’s innovation capability and culture. Throughout the two-year program, you will play an integral role in driving the Innovation strategy gaining invaluable experience on the impact of Corporate Innovation. Along with this, you will have the opportunity to spend 6-months working in either our Commercial Property or Communities businesses. The experiences you will gain along the way will help you decide where you would like to look for your next career step after the Graduate Program finishes.  
        
      Responsibilities are varied, including: 

      • Support the monitoring of external trends to identify strategically aligned opportunity spaces 
      • Support the preparation and communication of inspirational content and drive stakeholder engagement  
      • Support workshop scheduling, preparation, delivery, documentation and liaison with stakeholders 
      • Capture, document and communicate progress, learnings & insights for business leverage 
      • Support configuration of bespoke challenges and campaigns within our online innovation platform  
      • Drive active contribution of and collaboration on challenges and campaigns 
      • Support the preparation of content for distribution within the external / start-up/venture ecosystem  
      • Co-ordinate external event scheduling, preparation, documentation and liaison  
      • Build and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders 
      • Work collaboratively to share ideas, knowledge and experience and to learn from team members 
      • Lead specific projects as required 

      Requirements: 

      • You are currently studying for or have completed a suitable degree within 24 months of the program start date, in February 2022. 
      • We have a preference for applicants who have studied a Business, Design, Science or Arts degree but will also consider other related degree subjects. 
      • Have an empathetic but entrepreneurial mindset with experience in collaborating with others  
      • You have achieved a 60% grade point average (GPA) or above either to date or overall in your degree subject. 
      • Due to the permanent nature of this role, we can only accept applications from Citizens or Permanent Residents of Australia or New Zealand.
