The opportunity: 

This Graduate role will work with Stockland’s various Development teams who are responsible for engaging with internal and external stakeholders to deliver real estate developments projects that meet community needs and deliver business returns. As such, you will rotate through Stockland’s Development departments to gain a broad overview of the function and its responsibility in ensuring the organisations success. Throughout your two years, you will have four, 6-month rotations where 2 are pre-determined and could be within our Built Form, Land, Land Lease Community or Workplace and Logistics teams and the other 2 rotations to be selected by you, with the help and support of your Sponsor. This will help you decide where you would like your next careers step, after the Graduate Program finishes.  

Responsibilities are varied, including: 

• Contributing to the project scope, design and delivery in accordance with the agreed Vision  
• Providing support to ensure the program, revenue and cost objectives are met. 
• Supporting delivery programs to ensure forecast settlements are achieved. 
• Monitoring market and competitor activity to maintain a competitive position. 
• Participating in a team approach to maximise profitability, information exchange and business outcomes. 
• Developing and reviewing the project Stakeholder Engagement Plan. 
• Driving strong engagement with key stakeholder groups (including but not limited to consultants, contractors and community groups/stakeholders) to achieve required outcomes in a manner that enhances the image and reputation of Stockland. 

Requirements: 

• You are currently studying for or have completed a suitable degree within 24 months of the program start date, in February 2022. 
• We are excited to consider candidates from any degree background, including but not limited to Architecture, Business, Commerce, Law, Property Economics or Town Planning and much more. 
• You have achieved a 60% grade point average (GPA) or above either to date or overall in your degree subject. 
• Due to the permanent nature of this role, we can only accept applications from Citizens or Permanent Residents of Australia or New Zealand.
