The Finance & Advice teams drive the financial outcomes for Suncorp through the provision of specialist services. In partnership with CFO teams, they deliver expertise providing forward-looking finance and advice that preserves and creates value for our organisation. They want to build teams that think differently and that can bring something new to all that they do.
The graduate placements offer four six-month rotations across different specialisations. Rotation areas could include Financial Reporting, Management Reporting (performance and analysis), Finance Systems, Tax, Investor Relations, Group Capital, Investments, or special projects! Suncorp endeavours to place you in roles that set you up for success and provide you with coaching, mentorship, and financial study support for your CA or CPA for the duration of the program.
The Graduate Program is a chance for you to gain experience and build real connections, getting exposure to a range of different and dynamic teams and business areas. You’ll get to work with some senior business leaders and receive training that’s a mixture of structured and on-the-job aimed at helping you decide where you’d like to grow and develop.
