Your role

Suncorp’s Technology teams are the engine room of the organisation. Together they lead their Group strategy and drive the transformation of end-to-end customer experience while creating value through digitisation and technology innovation. Their Technology teams work collaboratively with each business to deliver on their strategic aspirations and operational requirements. Within this sits the business teams who are involved in the end-to-end delivery lifecycle to create value for their customers.

Training & development

The Graduate Program is a chance for you to gain experience and build real connections, getting exposure to a range of different and dynamic teams and business areas. To be eligible for the Suncorp 2024 Graduate Program you must have:

• Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand
• Partial or full completion of undergraduate level study with an Australian or New Zealand University (or equivalent Tertiary Institution) within the last 3 years (2021 - 2023), and have completed a minimum of undergraduate level study prior to the program commencing
• Minimum ‘pass’ grade
