What you will bring
We’re looking for graduates who are just about to or have recently completed a degree like Business/ Commerce (Marketing), Design Computing, Design or Psychology (HCD or design thinking), Innovation & Design – Visual Design. We’re also looking for graduates who have commercial acumen and experience or interests in:
Why Telstra?
As a graduate, you’ll help our teams across the business with research and user testing, developing segment personas, creating target state user journey maps, and developing prototypes to test and iterate with our customers. Are you eligible to apply?
In order to be eligible for the 2025 Program intake, you will need to have completed your most recent tertiary education qualification within the last three years up to the commencement of the Program in February 2025. (i.e. graduating 2022, 2023 or 2024). Qualification must have been completed at an Australian University.
You must have also completed a minimum of an undergraduate degree within this timeframe and must be an Australian or NZ citizen or an Australian permanent resident. International Students who have a valid visa that enables them to work in Australia without any work restrictions are also eligible to apply.
