Our Design chapter has a key role of shaping our product design direction making the "affordable desirable" and offering products that are commercial and fit for purpose, exciting our customers every day! They deliver high quality and on-trend product designs across apparel, home and general merchandise.
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer/Design Assistant to join us – this is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your design career and gain experience in a commercial design environment working alongside experienced graphic, fashion and textile design specialists!
Support the wider design team in projects that will deliver high quality and on-trend licensed product designs. You’ll be responsible for:

Forecasting sales, setting budgets. Loading promotions.
Creation of jobs, screening, shadowing lots of different areas such as phone screening, engaging in a wide array of meetings, solving queries from store managers. Editing job advertisements, working on a self-mangaged project.
My daily tasks involved basic admin work. Once the admin tasks were completed each morning my day to day responsibility's would change depending on what project I was working on. It focused most on sustainably & improving customer experience.
