Position Objective
TheMarket is NZ’s fastest growing online shopping destination, with ambitions to become the marketplace most used & trusted by Kiwis. This Marketing Coordinator role exists to help bring this goal to life by being a critical link between TheMarket and its customers.
Goals
Reporting to the CLM Manager, you’ll be a key part in ensuring that TheMarket is as meaningful, valuable and relevant to our growing customer base as possible. Your primary areas of responsibility will be creating and executing smart, effective lifecycle marketing using sophisticated automations, tools and data.
Success will come from being able to understand a customer’s needs and connect them with the perfect solution. This role works closely with the Growth, Marketing, Campaign, Design, Merchandising and Data teams to deliver exciting and relevant solutions to customers via TheMarket’s numerous retailers in our expansive categories including: fashion, electronics, kids, living, beauty and more.
Your analytical mindset use of data and reporting tools will help you report on the success of your efforts as well as identify opportunities for ongoing optimisation, growth and improvement.

Key Areas of Responsibilities
Working with CLM Managers to build and execute lifecycle campaigns across email, push and app content.
Execute and enhance automated customer journeys, content and touchpoints
Help develop new communications ideas and strategies
A keen eye for executional detail to ensure relevance, branding & tone of voice, and accuracy offer a seamless experience for our customers
Ensure content look and feel is streamlined across channels
Use relevant briefing processes and tools (Asana).
