These are fantastic foundation roles for graduates looking to kick off their careers and grow their analytical expertise. Working alongside talented team members you will gain exposure to the world of retail and supply chain whilst playing a key role in delivering value to our customers.
The Warehouse Group (TWG) has become a Kiwi household name, and we proudly recognise the role that we play in communities throughout New Zealand. We are the largest general merchandise retailer in NZ with over $3 billion in sales, and employing over 10,000 people across The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, and Noel Leeming. To ensure we can adapt quickly to ever-changing customer needs, we’ve adopted an agile structure with a focus on collaboration, productivity and speed-to-market.
The Role(s)
Our Location Planning chapter members make sure that our stores have the right product at the right time in the right quantity so that our customers can complete their shopping mission when they walk through our doors.

Your day could include anything from: data extraction and analysis, identifying optimal product depth levels, allocating orders to meet upcoming promotional demand, through to resolving stock flow pain points for our supply chain.
You will be joining a cohort of Location Planning Chapter Members that are spread across the wider business, so there is the comradery, knowledge sharing, and learning/development opportunities that comes hand in hand with joining our Location Planning chapter.
About You
We can train on all the above, but for us attitude, mindset and a willingness to learn is everything. You will have a passion and curiosity for diving into the numbers and data and uncovering insights through sound analysis, along with finding ways to be more efficient, through automation or simply questioning business processes. Pay was fantastic, as they did not even need to pay us.
Great HR recruiters, very helpful and always respond so fast.
Excellent, I really believe I have made myself better for future roles, and acquired lots of areas to self-reflect on.
The flexible work environment, the willingness to always help and guide.
The varied workload, but this was only an issue in the first few weeks.
I did have to move desks often, and it was difficult at times when my mentors sat further away based on the hot desking.
