Are you a graduate, with a real knack for great customer support, trouble shooting and problem solving? Perhaps you have a strong interest in eCommerce and are keen to get behind-the-scenes exposure on how we connect our merchants to the platform to bring millions of products to our shoppers?
This is the all-important role of helping our merchants with a seamless onboarding and integration process TheMarket platform and we're looking for a proactive, tech-savvy and people person to join the team starting ASAP for a parental leave contract until Oct 2023!
Work with a high-performing, customer-centric team to ensure every signed merchant is set up to guarantee their success and best customer experience on TheMarket. You will help provide end-to-end support to Merchants who have issues with their integration; you deeply care for what and why you deliver, but also take intense pride on how; with a keen willingness to learn and share with the team.
Responsibilities:
Part of our overall merchant interaction and experience, bringing your great communication skills (both verbal & written), openness to learn and strong curiosity to get to the heart of any problem, your ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively will help unlock speed to troubleshoot issues quickly and deliver a seamless customer experience for our merchants.

Forecasting sales, setting budgets. Loading promotions.
Creation of jobs, screening, shadowing lots of different areas such as phone screening, engaging in a wide array of meetings, solving queries from store managers. Editing job advertisements, working on a self-mangaged project.
My daily tasks involved basic admin work. Once the admin tasks were completed each morning my day to day responsibility's would change depending on what project I was working on. It focused most on sustainably & improving customer experience.
