It’s an exciting time in the electricity industry, delivering changing energy needs of West Australians, powered by community trust and our passion.
The people are really nice and very supportive if you show you're interested in learning.
The time flexibility and the work life balance.
Plenty of learning opportunities. We get to learn the business through various internal & external trainings.
The team/people are very inclusive and helpful.

The lack of communication between different departments could be much better.
Sometimes the processes they use are a bit outdated and I think they sometimes need to be reviewed.
Not enough information provided regarding the structure of the program or what is expected prior to starting.
We might not be able to get the rotations in our areas of interest always.
Learning opportunity via good project, lack of technical mentorship and slow pace of work are the worst things for me.
