In the Technology Rotational grad program you can expect to contribute to the development and design of software, applications, platforms, and networks at Westpac Group. Witness your creations deployed in production environments for use by our customers. Enhance your programming skills under the guidance of industry experts.
This is a flexible 12 to 24-month program with a maximum of four rotations. We’ll connect with you to understand your strengths and where you would like to grow to determine the right team for your first rotation. You’ll be lucky enough to gain insights into cloud capabilities, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data analytics, engineering, DevOps, and automation.

Provide hr advice to employees and leaders across the group
A lot of admin work - booking meetings, writing minutes, making presentation packs, liaising with eas to organise higher-ups attendance. a lot of work is given to you that others in the team would rather not do - the important thing is to have a good attitude regardless of how passionate you are about it as that attitude is what people will talk about when you roll off/apply for internal roles.
