Eligibility
You must be Australian or New Zealand Citizen OR an Australian Permanent Resident AND be in your final year of study of a university degree OR completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree no more than 3 years ago.
Youโll need to be available to start with us as a permanent employee in February 2024.
Our Transformation Program

Westpac Group is making significant investment in programs and Transformation is at the forefront of this โ providing specialist advice and the โknow howโ to support the execution of transformational change.
This is a 12-month program with 3 x 4-month rotations.
You can expect your rotations to cover project management, change management or business analysis roles within our projects or programs across the organisation. Working with different teams and leaders, you could be involved in anything from understanding customer needs, solving business problems, defining new solutions or delivering a new service or products to our customers.
The program will give you an opportunity to learn and contribute in different ways to each project you take part in. You will explore and experience concepts such as structured customer focused problem solving, customer journey mapping and agile transformation. This journey of developing such valuable skills undoubtedly sets you up for success in your future career at Westpac Group.
