For the quality and quantity of output - middle of the road. Small bonus paid.
Graduate, Melbourne - 15 Sep 2022
Pay is suitable for this level and type of job. I have not experience a bonus yet
Graduate, Sydney - 13 Sep 2022
I am very happy with my pay. I received a salary higher than the ceiling of my expectations. I also received a pay rise and bonus after my first year which I did not expect. However the tax on the bonus hurt.
Graduate, Perth - 25 Mar 2022
Salary benchmarking may need to be reassessed. Also salary increases are very minimal.
Graduate, Perth - 17 Mar 2022
In the role I work, my pay is vary closely tied to my professional qualification with the Actuaries Institute. This creates a direct incentive to follow professional development and offers control over my pay raises. Typically bonuses are paid annually based on company performance as well as individual performance. As I was a new starter, I had a partial individual performance for the half year I had worked to the date of the bonus.
Graduate, Sydney - 01 Mar 2022
Probably a bit low compared with other graduate roles, bonus seems in line with others
Graduate, Sydney - 25 Feb 2022
Pay has been OK, not particularly higher or lower than peers in the industry with similar experience and actuarial qualification. Salary increases for actuarial exam passes have been significantly improved recently, meaning future progression is more defined, and pay has been able to keep up with competitors.
Midlevel, Melbourne - 10 Feb 2022
Suppose you can always like more. For the quantity and quality of work, and number of actuarial exemptions, thought perhaps a little more - but I really can't complain.
