The office itself contains people from a variety of backgrounds and can see many personnel's here from different nationalities. I'm working in the engineering department, and within the team which I work in (around 15 people), 3 of us are women. The company has also openly supported LGBT. Just looking around the office it is surprisingly diverse for an engineering company, there are more men than women but it's about 70/30. There are also colleagues with a wide range of backgrounds, the company is very committed to increasing diversity.
