2022 Graduate Account Executive – Financial Lines (Start ASAP)

Join our highly successful financial lines team which manages a range of corporate clients and financial institutions.  We’re looking for a diligent graduate who can demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills and who can contribute to all aspects of client service by assisting the team to maintain and grow its existing portfolio.

The Role:

• Identifying insurable risks and designing and negotiating appropriate insurance solutions for the client.
• Developing and maintaining business relationships with new and existing clients and insurers.
• Promoting the WTW brand within the insurance industry both locally and nationally

The Requirements:

• Degree in one of the following disciplines Finance, Commerce, Arts
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to understand and meet a client’s needs
• Prepared to undertake Tier 1 (insurance broking) qualification
• Your excellent report writing skills are supported by a reasonable level of competency in Word and Excel and knowledge of PowerPoint
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Your time management skills keep you ahead of your schedule and workload
• Professional, reliable, and able to work autonomously with minimal guidance
• Drive, ambition and focus on excellence
