Playing strategy games is a big part of Susquehanna’s culture and education program. Our office includes gaming spaces where you will find employees playing games before and after work.

And lastly, most of your learning is done on the trade floor!

Collaboration is at the core of Susquehanna’s approach. Susquehanna’s trade floor is designed to promote open communication and teamwork.

When the markets are closed, traders often enjoy taking part in various gaming activities.

There is a fully-stocked kitchen with breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks every day.

There are bike parking facilities for those who want a healthy commute, plus a wellness room!
