Spectrum is Dolby’s global employee network for LGBT+ and allies to create community at work and support our community outside Dolby. Our Sydney chapter has been active in furthering inclusion in our workplace, connecting with LGBT+ STEM student groups as well as educating and raising awareness and fundraising on issues facing LGBTI+ communities. Since its conception in 2018, we have had guest speakers from NSW Teachers Federation, the Mardi Gras committee, Minus18, and InterEngineer, and raised more than $4000 from our employee events for Twenty10 and Minus18.

The University of Western Australia acknowledges that its campus is situated on Noongar land, and that Noongar people remain the spiritual and cultural custodians of their land, and continue to practise their values, languages, beliefs and knowledge.
