We are constantly striving for innovative ways to reduce our environmental impact and improve our community engagement. Project run community-wide workshops and education centres such as those seen on the Metro Tunnel. I was part of a team which created an Embodied Carbon Model to quantify the Carbon in our projects in order to drive more effective and sustainable solutions.

Due to the nature of the work JH performs, its CSR is not always in front of mind. However, I think promoting a diverse skill set among its people (through performing CSR projects) would be a great way to improve this area.
