What you will experience
The Graduate Program provides a hands-on introduction to the law and an exciting start to a rewarding career. Build on your university education in a range of practical ways from real client work, structured training and workshops, to formal and informal mentoring.
The culture
Learn in an environment where new ideas are welcomed and knowledge is openly exchanged - where you're supported to reach new heights as you solve interesting and often complex legal problems alongside real clients.
Every individual who joins our growing firm is an essential contributor to our shared success. That's why we don't simply seek the brightest legal minds, but those with whom we share values of authenticity and connection.
Accelerate your success alongside a team that is invested in your growth, while exploring, developing and honing your legal skills and business acumen.
Who can apply?
The Graduate Program is open to students studying a relevant law degree who are either in their final year or have completed a degree within the past 12 months.
Students must have full working rights through Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
We are unable to consider candidates who have been admitted prior to commencing with us as a graduate.

Ready to embrace a meaningful career within an award-winning culture? Lander & Rogers is a leading independent Australian law firm with a focus on you
Work life balance, great support, great culture, great people.
Everyone in the firm is extremely supportive and has made transitioning into a legal role an enjoyable experience.
The people are really friendly, the training and mentoring and working with people at all levels.
Great work hours for the industry and flexibility to work from home.
Everyone at the firm is always open for providing an explanation of tasks and feedback.
The pay is on the lower end of the current market rate, but still competitive.
Occasional poor turnout in the office due to people working from home.
Slightly fewer graduate responsibilities - it's quite a lot for a small cohort to juggle responsibilities.
The Brisbane office is great, but as the office grows we are starting to run out of space.
Pay is not as competitive and no bonuses.
