Who can apply?
The Graduate Program is open to students studying a relevant law degree who are either in their final year or have completed a degree within the past 12 months.
Students must have full working rights through Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
We are unable to consider candidates who have been admitted prior to commencing with us as a graduate.

My role is very much to support whoever needs it. However, the supervisors try their best to find us interesting tasks to complete, rather than the same tasks.

Pros

Everyone in the firm is extremely supportive and has made transitioning into a legal role an enjoyable experience.
The people are really friendly, the training and mentoring and working with people at all levels.
Great work hours for the industry and flexibility to work from home.
Everyone at the firm is always open for providing an explanation of tasks and feedback.
Cons
The pay is on the lower end of the current market rate, but still competitive.
Occasional poor turnout in the office due to people working from home.
Slightly fewer graduate responsibilities - it's quite a lot for a small cohort to juggle responsibilities.
The Brisbane office is great, but as the office grows we are starting to run out of space.
Pay is not as competitive and no bonuses.
