Great awareness raised with respect to women, LGBTQIA+ community and indigenous communities. Lots of support programs provided through information sessions. Great gender diversity seen at work.

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?

They do not require applicants to attend a specific university, and pay for our College of Law fees.
