We celebrate people from different ethnic backgrounds, and we aim to increase diversity in leadership and ensure equity in our workplace.

We increase diversity by encouraging and facilitating the development of people from culturally diverse backgrounds, education and awareness on culture and bias, and celebrating the diverse cultures we have at Lightspeed.

Lightspeed has a strong partnership with TupuToa and we welcome each year several interns in our Auckland office. We have also recently partnered with PeopleForPeople and had the opportunity to welcome students for half a day through their ‘Vaka Experience’ initiative:
