   You’ll hear back from us as soon as possible after the assessment day. Our next graduate starting dates are August 2024 and February 2025 and also have some flexibility in this if you wish to start earlier / later!

No matter what Engineering discipline you are graduating in, you will spend the first years with us understanding our business and what it means to be a Project Engineer.

Our Graduate Program is underpinned by structured Learning & Development Modules, courses and workshops, which complement your on-the-job learning and set you up to take your career within Project Engineering into your own hands.

Career Growth

When you join the Graduate Program, the opportunities really are endless. There are many pathways you can take, and if you start on one but want to jump onto another, that’s ok too. The dedicated team will support you along whichever pathway you are on.

Rotations across projects are encouraged, to experience the most possible out of your time on the program.

What Do We Look For?

• A university-level Engineering, Construction Management or Accounting degree
• A passion for the work we do and the desire to do real hands on work in the field
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills, commercial acumen and creative thinking
• Resilience, diligence, a passion for teamwork and a focus on safety
• Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency, or those who are on a relevant working visa

Remuneration

• Engineering: 90K + super + site uplift (when working on site) 
• Construction Management: 90K + super + site uplift (when working on site) 
• Accounting: 70K + super
