Reckitt's commitment to diversity has really shown over the last couple of months with a panelist during Mardi Gras and a recent company call about Women in the Workplace where they encouraged open conversations about pay, leave, gender gaps in departments and overall how they are portrayed in the workplace. It's a Work In Progress but it's promising to see these conversations being held here at Reckitt.

Get to manage the entire portfolio of our biggest brand. Massive variety in day-to-day; from financial reviews, discussing market research, new product development, advertising and comms development or pitching to our retailers, every day can be a new challenge

Really satisfied with my manager. She's great and really supportive. Even my previous manager as an intern. They really ensure that you are able to complete the work given to you and if anything, they are always checking in to see how you're performing. Feedback is key, there's a check in session with my manager and the team manager at the end of every month to track my progress, exploring where I could potentially move next or what kind of projects I will be working on after my current one. Everyone is really accessible.

Modern renovated office in a central city location which is very appealing within the industry. "Dress for your day" dress code which is extremely liberating. Also helped accommodate WFH very well by providing lots of technology and vouchers to allow us to build an extremely productive WFH setup.

The first stage in the interview process involved online logical reasoning assessments, which if successful was followed by a video interview. This involved preparing and answering 5 questions with time limits of between 45-90 seconds. The phone interview followed, then the assessment centre and individual interview.

Not ideal at a graduate level but the quick progression makes much more appealing salaries attainable quite quickly

The majority of your training will happen on the job - you get thrown into the deep end so its sink or swim. Your colleagues that have been there before you will be a big support though and there are lots of training available to you if you need them.

Very flexible in terms of what hours you work and where you work them from. There are periods where you will need to work longer hours but usually off-set by quieter periods where you can steal some time back

Commitments to work with WWF and Rural Raid with our Finish Water Waste collaboration. Reckitt is really recommitted to reducing their environmental footprint through different initiatives ran through the year. I know that they're also actively trying to minimise plastic usage and turn to more recyclable and reusable packaging which is a great effort.
