What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?

The graduate starting salary is probably one of the highest rates available to any graduate (especially in my location, Adelaide). Since I'm a new graduate I'm quite happy with the salary position I'm currently in.

Base pay is very good however the bonus scheme got deleted just as I joined and seems next to impossible to get the max raise in your yearly reviews

It's enough to live a comfortable life and plan for the future. I enjoy the work for its own sake so as long as that's covered it's not a big factor. The bonus program is small but a good framework for personal development and getting feedback.
