I am currently working in the Advanced Distribution Management System team that the company uses to monitor the power network safely and reliably. My responsibilities include tuning the Network Operation Model (NOM Tuning), monthly FLISR reporting and Enhanced Voltage Management (EVM) updates, amongst other tasks.

Managers are often very busy, but the mentoring program is great at opening communication lines with Level 2-4 managers. It helps bridge the gap and makes managers more personable to graduates

Offices and facilities are fine, dress code is typical business wear, but isn't particularly enforced, also casual Fridays when not in a customer facing role
