Pros & Cons

Benefits are great: flex Friday, gym, showers, and lockers. Opportunities for FIFO roles.
Being in the graduate program, having the opportunity to rotate through different job types/roles across the 3 years.

As a graduate, we are given lots of responsibility. It can be more stressful at times, but also more rewarding.

Internally as a graduate, there are large pay discrepancies between graduate cohort years.
No clear roadmap for most graduates with their rotations.
Severe lack of technical training and heavy reliance on graduates 'learning on the job' with minimal guidance.
