Stantec in the community day is awesome in terms of giving back to the community.

community week is 3 hours for one day - its just marketing and people only participate to get a few hours out of office and a free lunch by the looks of it - or cant be bothered / too busy.

I would provide a maximum rating to our company as it organizes people to be in the community and work for the community for example, we had a program of planting trees in a park of Wainuiomata this year where most of all colleagues took part every year. It also considers people, public and Clients to give their best services with the prompt response.

Every year we have Stantec in the Community for 3 hours where everyone in Stantec across the world volunteers. It would be nice if this was extended to half a day or a day.

I dont know about that many but we do buy ethically sourced coffee grounds and I participated in stantec in the community day where we planted native trees in the port hills.

I have worked on transport designs at multiple stages of design ie concept, preliminary and detailed design. I have conducted multiple road safety audits and Maintenance, surveillance and quality insuarance tasks. I have also been involved in report writing and drafting offer of service and project managment documents.

The company does a giving back event once a year where all the offices take part in a local event. Last year I was a part of an event that planted trees in a local park. In previous years they've done food drives or similar events

There is a wellbeing programme where employees can engage in conversations with a trained wellbeing worker if they are feeling a bit overwhelmed.
