My local office has been recently renovated after a move from another location (before my start). Our office is in the upper levels of a building in the center of town. We have good lighting and a wonderful view out over the city. We have an open plan office, the workstations have two screens, a keyboard and a mouse along with a laptop docking cable. We use a desk booking system - most full-time workers (like me) will have a permanent desk with our team. The booking system lets you release your desk if you aren't in the office for the day, so that others can use it (ie visiting from other offices, or part time workers). There is generally a desk open for everyone, though in our other offices it can be more first-in, first served.
In terms of facilities, we have the office space (which includes the workstations and desks, a few couches/tables for group working, and several meetings rooms). We have a mental health room, a kitchen and lunchroom with fridges, coffee machine, tea tray, cooking services (ie toaster, microwave, oven, toasted sandwich maker, kettle), we have a shower, a gear rom for PPE and site equipment, and a bike lock up in the basement level. There are three work vehicles available for site visits in the carpark level.
Dress code is business casual, with casual Fridays. The most casual clothes I would wear be tidy jeans and a shirt with closed shoes, most formal would be a dress or dress pants with a blouse or collared shirt with dress shoes. We are expected to not wear shorts, sandals or singlets in our office. Exception is site clothing, that can be grubby and muddy due to the job.

The office is open plan and is quite a nice office in terms of facilities. The only downside is sometimes parking. The dress code seems to be smart business and sometimes business casual.

Wellington is great. The large windows are good for me, christchurch office set up gives me a headache any time i am there.
wellington nis wide and open, dress code is loose - sometimes people are a tad underdressed - but as we go to site often it makes sense to not be wearing your fanciest clothes.
Heels are very uncommon. no one wears a suit unless big meeting is on

New and modern, large floor space and comfortable desks and seats

Tidy and sleek office which has everything you need including showers and towels which is handy. Plenty of desk space.
Dress code is not too strict. Can pretty much wear anything apart from like board shorts, singlet, uncovered footwear. Collared shirts and pants are the most common outfit though.

The office space we are currently in is very tightly packed. They have requested that we hot desk but they do not provide any secure places to leave our site gear, textbooks etc.

The Auckland office is in Newmarket, and it is a brand new office from the beginning of 2024. The facilities are awesome, including amazing end-of-trip faciltiies and really good meeting rooms and lunch room.
The dress code ranges from business casual to smart-business, and a good standard of dress is expected but it is not too formal which is nice. We have casual fridays.

best view in town. all facilities were good.

Office space is great size, lot's of meeting rooms, staff room has a balcony in the sun, can open windows for fresh air. Office is close to cafes and shops.
Dress code - not really any, just look presentable, appropriate PPE gear when on site.

Our company's office is situated at Brandon Street the heart of Wellington City Centre where we have a plenty of the public transport available. Regarding space is quite open and nice with the beautiful view of Ocean and Wellington City. There are hot desks, so everybody keeps moving around in office every day. I believe this helps to strengthen the collaboration and communication between employes to get better. We have also a nice kitchen with service of fridge and cupboards for us to put our foods safely adding on that we have a nice coffee machine which helps us to keep us energized with a great taste of coffee during work hours. Also, each one of us is provided with the locker where we can put our belongings safely this has assisted us in rush hours for getting our belongings in place.
Talking about dress code we have freedom to wear dresses comfortable to us. Everybody in office intends to wear comfortable and nice office dresses. However, Stantec also provides the office shirt with a nice logo on it which we love to wear in office during summer days.

They tend to be quite new and modern. Standing desks are standard and so is the economic set up. You can switch to an ergonomic mouse or keyboard (for free) as long as you request it. Dress code is pretty laid back - smart causal but if you wanted to wear sneakers during the week it's all good.

They are really good and dress code is buisness
Graduate, Lower Hutt - 02 Aug 2024
Current office space is easily accessible to most I would say. Unsure about other offices. Good facilities, newer facilities would put my scale higher. Dress code at current office is business casual from Mon-Thur, with casual dresscode on Fridays. Relaxed dress-code
Graduate, Christchurch - 02 Aug 2024
Lovely office, comfortable, nice setup and appliances etc. Its kind of extremely boring to look at (no decorations, grey scale everywhere), and theres nothing special about the office space at all. But its still a nice modern place to work.
Graduate, Auckland - 02 Aug 2024
The office space is nice and has a lot of natural light, kitchen area is being renovated to be bigger which is an improvement. The dress code is pretty relaxed, most of the time people dress business casual, nothing too fancy.
Graduate, Christchurch - 02 Aug 2024
Formal dress code
Graduate, Auckland - 08 Nov 2023
The office is kept very tidy, both an effort from employees and employers. Facilities are good, including a gym. Dress code is a lot less strict than implied but in general is business casual (button up shirt and trousers).
Graduate, Auckland - 08 Nov 2023
Great location and office setup, nice open space and great staff room. Dress code is good, business pants or chinos and a tucked in shirt.
