ASIC is Australia's integrated corporate, markets, financial services and consumer credit regulator.
At ASIC, there's good reason for everything we do: every law we regulate, every action we take, every interaction we have with industry and consumers.
We're proud of the difference we make to Australia's economic reputation and wellbeing. You'll work alongside those at the forefront of regulatory practice, to ensure that Australians have trust and confidence in the financial system.
ASIC's people create a high performing culture. By working on cutting edge issues, you'll make a difference to our goals, the financial wellbeing of all Australians and your own career aspirations.
Our values of accountability, professionalism and teamwork underpin everything we do. This is the way we work, the way we make decisions and how we interact with each other.
At ASIC, we believe that diverse perspectives are critical to our success. We value individual differences and diverse thought processes. Our diversity and inclusion drive innovation, creativity and problem-solving, as well as individual and organisational productivity.
Our program focuses on developing both your technical and professional skills. It's a process that starts in your first year and continues throughout your career. Our aim is to develop your talents through a balance of on-the-job training, structured development programs and rotations.
From your first day, you will be involved in meaningful work which may include reports of misconduct, surveillances, investigations, analysing intelligence, data analytics, consumer research or even supporting new technologies.
You'll also find mentors on hand for each rotation, support from your team and a buddy from last year's program to help you. You'll be working in a team environment, alongside experienced professionals who are committed to helping you develop your knowledge and skills. Our professional networks along with our Communities of Practice will also support your learning and development.
Opportunities to learn and grow are the key to a long and rewarding career. At ASIC, you'll find you can expand your skills in an organisation that is committed to your ongoing professional development.
There are four stages to our recruitment process, which we have detailed to give you an idea of what to expect. We will also keep you informed of your progress at every stage along the way.
A starting salary of $72,921 plus 15.4% superannuation will be offered.
At the end of the 24-month graduate program ASIC's dedicated graduate coordinator will work closely with you to ensure you are placed in a position that best suits your skills, experience and qualifications.
A career with ASIC provides personal and career development, and an opportunity to be involved in important work that benefits all Australians. There are many good reasons for choosing a career with ASIC.
ASIC seeks to recruit individuals from a broad range of disciplines who can contribute to ASIC's strategic priorities. ASIC's vision is to allow markets to fund the economy, and in turn, economic growth. In doing so, contributing to the financial well-being of all Australians. We do this by promoting investor and consumer trust and confidence; ensuring fair and efficient markets; and providing efficient registration services.

To ensure ASIC is a more pre-emptive and pro-active regulator, we are using data analytics to help us achieve our vision. It is vital that our graduates have the attributes required to analyse trends and summarise raw data and information.
